Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ねじ溝が刻設された回転軸に、鋼球を介して
一対のナツト部材を螺合し、前記一対のナツト部
材にそれらナツト部材を相対的に反対方向へ移動
又は回動力を付与する流体圧駆動手段を設けて成
るボールねじ送り機構。 ２ ねじ溝が刻設された回転軸に、鋼球を介して
一対のナツト部材を螺合し、前記一対のナツト部
材にそれらナツト部材を相対的に反対方向へ移動
又は回動力を付与する電動機器駆動手段を設けて
成るボールねじ送り機構。
