Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣデバイスが搬送される搬送路の途中に、該
    ＩＣデバイスを冷却するための恒温槽を設け、該
    恒温槽内でＩＣデバイスを冷却した上で、このＩ
    Ｃデバイスをテストヘツドに接続することによつ
    て、該ＩＣデバイスの低温状態における電気的特
    性の検査、測定を行うものにおいて、前記恒温槽
    に冷凍機を接続し、該冷凍機から冷気を送り込む
    構成としたことを特徴とする低温ハンドラ。
