  1. ケース開口面を冷気エアカーテンで閉塞する冷凍冷蔵オ
    ープンショーケースにおいて、エアカーテンを形成する
    冷気循環ダクト内の少なくとも一部を２層通路に区画し
    、それぞれの通路に上流側の電磁弁で切換え可能な冷却
    器を設け、各冷却器の吸込側にダクト内の循環空気の温
    度で制御可能なヒーターを設けたことを特徴とする冷凍
    冷蔵オープンショケース。
