- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ワークを吸着するための吸着用パツドにお
いて、 前記吸着用パツドは、真空吸引源に接続される
根本部と、 前記根本部に一体的に連設されたスカート部と
を備え、 前記スカート部内面の少なくとも一部に、ワー
ク吸着時、空気を残留させる凹部を有することを
特徴とする吸着用パツド。 (2) 請求項１記載の吸着用パツドにおいて、前
記凹部は、周回し、且つ異なつた直径の複数個の
溝であることを特徴とする吸着用パツド。 (3) 請求項１記載の吸着用パツドにおいて、前
