- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 真空吸引源にコネクタを介して接続される
根本部と、前記根本部に一体的に連設されたスカ
ート部とを備えた、ワークを吸着するための吸着
用パツドにおいて、前記スカート部は、略楕円形
の長軸および短軸に関して対称な位置に湾曲部分
を設けることにより、略楕円形より長くなること
を特徴とする吸着用パツド。 (2) 真空吸引源にコネクタを介して接続される
根本部と、前記根本部に一体的に連設された略楕
円形のスカート部とを備えた、ワークを吸着する
ための吸着用パツドにおいて、前記スカート部の
短軸方向部分を長軸方向部分より、厚く形成した
ことを特徴とする吸着用パツド。
