機化合物の無機化合物に対する含有割合を0.1〜45
重量%の範囲とすることにより、得られる鋳造品の品質
をより良好なものにすることができる。更に無機化合物
として、窒化ホウ素、雲母、金属酸化物、窒化ケイ素、
硫黄化合物、弗化物、タルク、ホウ素化合物、リン化合
物を、また有機化合物として、カルボン酸骨格にナトリ
ウム、カルシウム、バリウム、リチウム、カリウム、マ
グネシウム、又は亜鉛を付加してなる金属石鹸や、ポリ
エチレン、ポリプロピレン、エポキシ樹脂、ケイ素樹脂
、フェノ―ル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、又
はポリスチレンの高分子化合物を用いることにより上記
効果をより良好に発揮することができる。そして上記の
無機化合物、有機化合物の内、それぞれ2種類以上のも
のを組合せて用いることにより、各低圧鋳造作業におい
てより最適に用い得る離型剤を得ることができる。

の離型剤を得、これらの離型剤を用いて低圧鋳造法によ
る鋳造の試験を行ない、[表]に示す各項目について比
較検討した。本発明の例である(A)〜(C)の混合物
としては、用いる有機化合物を粉末状又は顆粒状の形態
で無機化合物に混合したものと、加熱溶融した状態で無
機化合物に混合したものとの両方を得、それぞれについ
て検討したが、結果は両者とも同じであった。なお(A
)〜(E)の離型剤において用いる各化合物は市販のも
のである。 (A)窒化ホウ素(平均粒度1〜5μ)95部と、ステ
アリン酸カルシウム5部との混合物からなる本発明の第
1の例、(B)窒化ホウ素20部と、雲母75部と、ポ
リエチレン5部との混合物からなる本発明の第2の例、
(C)窒化ホウ素50部と、窒化ケイ素45部と、ステ
アリン酸バリウム3部と、ポリプロピレン2部との混合
物からなる本発明の第3の例、(D)窒化ホウ素のみ(
比較例1)(E)ワックスとシリコ―ンオイルを1:8
0の比で主成分として含有してなる水溶性離型剤(比較
