る金属石鹸や、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エポキ
シ樹脂、ケイ素樹脂、フェノ―ル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、
アルキッド樹脂、又はポリスチレンの高分子化合物を用
いることにより上記効果をより良好に発揮することがで
きる。そして上記の無機化合物、有機化合物の内、それ
ぞれ2種類以上のものを組合せて用いることにより、各
金型鋳造作業においてより最適に用い得る離型剤を得る
ことができる。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例を示すが、本発明はこ
れに限定されるものではない。次に示す(A)〜(E)
の離型剤を得、これらの離型剤を用いて金型鋳造法によ
る鋳造の試験を行ない、[表]に示す各項目について比
較検討した。本発明の例である(A)〜(C)の混合物
としては、用いる有機化合物を粉末状又は顆粒状の形態
で無機化合物に混合したものと、加熱溶融した状態で無
機化合物に混合したものとの両方を得、それぞれについ
て検討したが、結果は両者とも同じであった。なお
(A)〜(E)の離型剤において用いる各化合物は市販
のものである。 (A)窒化ホウ素(平均粒度1〜5μ)95部と、ステ
アリン酸カルシウム5部との混合物からなる本発明の第
1の例、 (B)窒化ホウ素20部と、雲母75部と、ポリエチレ
ン5部との混合物からなる本発明の第2の例、 (C)窒化ホウ素50部と、窒化ケイ素45部と、ステ
アリン酸バリウム3部と、ポリプロピレン2部との混合
物からなる本発明の第3の例、 (D)窒化ホウ素のみ(比較例1) (E)アルミナ、タルクを主基材とし断熱効果を主とす
る下塗り用塗型剤、及びアルミナ、タルク、黒鉛を主基
材とし潤滑性、離型性を主とする上塗り用塗型剤を、使
用時において金型に塗布調整したもの(比較例2)、
