- 圧電基板の片面上に電極膜を形成した弾性表面
波素子を該電極膜の方の面が絶縁材の容器ベース
と対向するよう取付けた上で、前記容器ベース上
に金属材の容器キヤツプをかぶせて密閉封止した
構造を有することを特徴とする弾性表面波デバイ
ス。
