Claims (1)
- 圧電性基板上に交叉指状電極を形成した弾性表
面波素子チツプと、前記チツプを固定するリード
フレームと、前記弾性表面波素子の交叉指状電極
部を密閉するカバーと、ボンデイングワイヤを有
し、熱硬化性樹脂によりモールドしたモールド形
弾性表面波装置において、前記カバーをセラミツ
ク板の片面にフオトリソグラフイ技術による加工
で凹部を形成したものとし、前記カバーを交叉指
状電極部上に前記凹部を対向させて取り付けたこ
とを特徴とするモールド形弾性表面波装置の構造
