Claims (1)
- 電極形成面に吸音材が形成され、端子にバンプ
が形成された弾性表面波素子を取付面に対してフ
エイスダウンボンデイングした弾性表面波装置に
おいて、バンプの高さを吸音材の高さより高く形
成したことを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。
