Claims (1)
- 金属薄板の両面に圧電素子を接着し該圧電素子
に生ずる圧電気によつて外部から加えられた力学
量を検出する圧電ダイアフラムにおいて、前記両
圧電素子の周辺部に前記圧電素子と前記金属薄板
との間の熱伝達を行なう伝熱部材を設けたことを
特徴とする圧電ダイアフラム。
