Claims (1)
- 被測定面へ光を照射し、該光の前記被測定面か
らの反射光または散乱光を所定角度で受光し、そ
の受光位置に基づいて前記被測定面の位置を測定
する光学式位置測定装置において、位置測定に先
立ち前記被測定面に微細な液体もしくは固体の粒
子を付着させる手段がそなえられたことを特徴と
する光学式位置測定装置。
