Claims (1)
- 被測定物から反射光を受ける空間フイルタを備
え、この空間フイルタの出力信号により被測定物
の移動速度を計測する速度計測装置において、前
記被測定物に光を照射する照射手段を設け、被測
定物からの反射光のレベルを検出する検出手段を
設け、この検出手段の出力信号を受けて前記照射
手段の被測定物への照射を制御する制御手段を設
けたことを特徴とする速度計測装置。
