図、第５図は同上装置における発光素子及び受光
素子を取り付けるフレームを示す図、第６図は同
上図のフレームに取り付ける発光素子及び受光素
子の取り付け配置図である。 図中の数字、符号は夫々次のものを示す。１…

Claims (1)
- 走行する光透過性のシート又はフイルムに塗布
された塗膜面に光を照射し、その透過光を光電変
換した出力信号にもとづき、塗膜のピンホール及
び膜厚の両方を検査する装置であつて、光照射手
段、照射光の透過光を受光し出力する光電変換手
段、出力信号から塗膜の塗りむらに起因する低周
波成分をカツトする高域フイルター回路と塗膜の
ピンホール判定回路からなるピンホール検査部と
、前記出力信号から塗膜厚さを検査する塗膜厚検
査部とからなる塗膜のピンホール及び膜厚の検査
装置。
