Claims (1)
- 対象物面に向けて投光するとともに反射した光
を受光しその光量に応じて出力電圧を変化させる
第１の光電センサと、同第１の光電センサと一定
距離を置いて平行に配置され、対象物面に向けて
投光するとともに反射した光を受光しその光量に
応じて出力電圧を変化させる第２の光電センサと
、これら第１および第２の光電センサの出力を受
け上記対象物面の傾きを演算する角度演算回路と
、上記第１および第２の光電センサの出力と角度
演算回路との出力を受け上記対象物面までの距離
を演算する距離演算回路とを有することを特徴と
する距離・角度測定装置。
