    ＩＣ実装用プリント基板であつて、 接続パツドは、ＳＯＰ ＩＣのリードに対応さ
    せて設けたもので、該ＳＯＰ ＩＣのリードをフ
    ローはんだ付けさせるものであり、 ダミーパツドは、前記接続パツドの幅より広幅
    のもので、前記接続パツドの後尾に別個独立に配
    設させ、フローはんだ付ラインで接続パツドに付
    着した余剰はんだを吸着捕捉させるものであるこ
    とを特徴とするＳＯＰ ＩＣ実装用プリント基板
    。
