Claims (1)
- 電子部品本体から突出させたリード線の突出先
端部をプリント基板のクリームはんだを印刷した
パツド上に装着し、リフローはんだ付にて固着す
る電子部品のリード線構造において、上記電子部
品本体から突出したリード線の突出基端部と突出
先端部との中間にこれら突出基端部及び突出先端
部より若干幅を狭くした上記クリームはんだの広
がり及び吸い上げ防止用の狭窄部を設けたことを
特徴とする電子部品のリード線構造。
