出力するトラツクホールド回路と、 前記ＡＤ変換器の出力データを記憶するメモリ
と、 前記トラツクホールド回路でのトラツキングお
よびホールデイング、ＡＤ変換器でのＡＤ変換お
よびメモリでの書き込みの各動作タイミングを制
御するためのクロツクを発生するタイミングコン
トローラ を具備し、前記タイミングコントローラによりト
ラツクホールド回路およびＡＤ変換器の動作タイ
ミングを一定とし、メモリへの書き込み動作タイ
ミングのみを可変とすることにより、メモリへの
データ書き込みレートに影響されることなくＡＤ
変換誤差が一定となるようにしたことを特徴とす
