回路装置において、 ヒートシンクの回路基板搭載面に搭載する回路
基板の全部もしくは一部と同一の平面形状の平坦
な段状部を形成し、該段状部上に回路基板を合わ
せて位置し、接着剤により、ヒートシンクとの結
合をなさしめることを特徴とする混成集積回路装
置。
