Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 二の発明は、ゴムのような超弾性合金をテンプルやプ°
リッジなとの異形状に模様やマークを出したプレス加工
によって形状を整え、超弾性合金の部品毎に、下地用の
ニッケルメッキを付けてろう付け加工ができ、メツキ仕
上げは、表面処理を施して、各カラーメッキに仕上げら
れる画期的な超弾性合金の眼鏡枠てす。
まずゴムのような超弾性合金は、眼鏡枠のテンプルの形
状や部品に何回も煩屯ブレスを縁り返して模様を出し、
形状を整えて仕上げる。
叉　ろう付け加工は、下地用メツキとして各部品毎にニ
ッケルメッキを施し、各蝶番やプ′ローチ、ブリッジな
どに絽み合わせてろう付けができる。その上に表面処理
を施し、各カラーメッキに仕上げる。
従来の超弾性合金の眼鏡枠は、プレス加工による模様や
ろう付け加工が出来ず、外波上は殆と素材のままの形状
で、継ぎ足しや差込みなとの方法しか出来ず、表面処理
やカラーメッキなどにも仕上げられておらず、裸のまま
の仕上がりで男女別や老若幼別なとの多用性ある各カラ
ーの仕上げが得られませんてした。
従って　超弾性合金の眼鏡枠の製造工程の最大のネック
であるプレス加工には、模様なとのデザインを付けて仕
上げ、ろう付け加工は、各部品毎に下地用のニッケルメ
ッキを施して、ろう付け加工が出来る。　　又　表面処
理加工には、各カラーメッキの仕上げが出来るので、バ
ラエティに富んだ対応性のある柔軟な、軽くてかけ易い
完成枠になろ画期的な超弾性合金の眼鏡枠てす。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　超弾性合金を眼鏡枠の各部品にプレス加工をして柄出
    しなどの凹凸のある形状に仕上げ、ろう付け加工は各部
    品に下地用のニッケルメッキをして、ろう付け加工をし
    、その上に表面処理を施し、各カラーメッキに仕上げる
    画期的な超弾性合金の眼鏡枠です。
