部品整列装置において、少なくとも１基の部品整
列装置による部品の整列済みパレツトと積載され
た空パレツトとを交換させる走行ビームと、パレ
ツトを保持するチヤツクを有し、走行ビームに移
動可能に搭載されたキヤリアユニツトとからなる
パレツト積載ロボツトを具備し、複数枚のパレツ
トに部品を自動連続整列がされることを特徴とす
