Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、表示画面上にトランプ等のカード
の画像を表示し、遊戯者のキー操作に基づき、画
像を変化させて、ポーカーゲーム等のカード遊び
を進行させるカードゲーム機に関する。
従来、ポーカーゲーム用のこの種のゲーム機で
は、ゲームの開始と同時に、表示画面へ５枚のカ
ード絵柄が表示される。そして遊戯者のキー操作
により不要のカードが指定されると、指定カード
につきカード交換が行われ、対応するカード位置
には新たなカードの絵柄が自動表示される。とこ
ろがこの種方式では、機械内部でカードが自動選
定されるから、ゲームの興趣に欠け、またこれが
遊戯者に不信感を与える原因となつている。
この発明は、全てのカードを裏返し状態で整列
表示し、隆戯者による指定操作に基づきその画像
列から任意のカードを抽出し、表返して表示する
ことによつて、ゲームの興趣を高め、遊戯者の不
信感を完全除去し得るカードゲーム機を提供する
ことを目的とする。
以下、図面に示す実施例に基づきこの発明を具
体的に説明する。
第１図はこの発明の一実施例にかかるカードゲ
ーム機を示す。
図示例のカードゲーム機は、テーブル１の上面
にCRT（Cathodo Ray Tube）の表示画面２を設
け、テーブル１の前後面にそれぞれメダル投入口
３と、ゲーム進行用のキーボード４とが配設して
ある。キーボード４には、第２図に示す如く、ホ
ールドキー５ａ〜５ｅ、キヤンセルキー６、カー
ド操作キー７、セツトキー８、ライン指定キー９
ａ〜９ｄ等の各種キーが配備されている。
第３図はカードゲーム機の回路構成例を示す。
図中、CPU（Central Processing Unit）１０は、
ROM（Read Only Memory）１１に格納された
プログラムに基づき、RAM（Random Access
Memory）１２に対するデータの読み書きを行な
いつつ各種演算、処理を実行すると共に、Ｉ／Ｏ
ポート１３，１４を介してキーボード１５やメダ
ルメカ部１６の入出力動作を制御する。CRTコ
ントローラ１７は、CPU７１０の制御動作に対
応してリフレツシユメモリ１９に書き込まれたグ
ラフイクコード等に基づき、該コードに対応する
カードの表画像および裏返し画像の各画像パター
ンをROM１８より行または列毎に読み出してシ
リアルデータにデータ変換する。このデータはビ
デオ信号としてビデオ回路２０へ送られ、ビデオ
回路２０はビデオ信号に基づきCRT２１に所定
の画像を表示する。なお図中、発振回路２２は
CPU１０およびCRTコントローラ１７の動作タ
イミングを決めるクロツクを送出する。またバツ
フア２３はキー入力情報を保持し、ドライブ回路
２４はキー内のセツトランプを点灯させる等の動
作を行う。更にドライブ回路２５はメダルメカ部
１６を駆動し、メダルの検知や放出動作を実行す
る。
第４図は上記カードゲーム機におけるCPU１
０の制御手順を示す。
まずメダル投入口３へ適当枚数（例えば10枚）
のメダルが投入されると、ステツプ１が“YES”
となり、投入メダル数がRAM１２のエリアm1
（第５図に示す５にセツトされると共に、ステツ
プ２において、表示画面２の側方の数字表示部Ｘ
に投入メダル「10」が表示される。つぎにゲーム
の掛け率に相当する回数（例えば２）だけセツト
キー８を繰り返し押すと、ステツプ３が“YES”
となり、メダルセツト数がRAM１２のエリアm2
にセツトされる。更にステツプ４，５で、前記数
字表示部Ｘにメダルセツト数「２」が表示される
と共に、第６図(1)に示す如く、表示画面２の上部
位置のカード整列表示部Ｙに52枚全てのカードが
裏返した状態で４行×13例にわたり整列表示され
る。この整列された全てのカードは、前記セツト
キー８の操作時で各絵柄が特定されており、各
行、各列の絵柄はRAM１２の絵柄設定エリアm5
に所定のコードをもつてセツトされている。
つぎに上記カード配列の中から５枚のカードを
抽出する操作に入る。例えば第１行、第８列目の
カードを抽出したい場合には、１行目を指定する
ライン指定キー９ａを押すと、表示画面２中、１
行目のカード列が順次点灯してゆく。そして点灯
位置が８列目のカードに至つたとき、ライン指定
キー９ａの押圧を解除する。続いてカード操作キ
ー７を押すと、ステツプ６，７が“YES”であ
り、ステツプ８において、指定されたカードが表
返つて、カード列中でその絵柄が表示されると共
に、指定カードの絵柄が抽出され、表示画面２の
下部のカード抽出表示部Ｚに抽出絵柄の拡大画像
が表示される。同様の操作を５回繰り返すと、そ
の都度、RAM１２のエリアm3にカード指定数が
加算され、その結果、第６図２に示す如く、カー
ド整列表示部Ｙにおいて５枚のカードが表返り、
またカード抽出表示部Ｚにはそのカード絵柄の拡
大画像が抽出順に表示される。なおこの状態で
は、ステツプ９の「指定操作完了か」の判定は
“YES”となつている。
今、第６図２のカード絵柄に着目すると、４枚
のカードがダイヤであるから、スペードの「５」
がダイヤに変わると、ポーカーゲームにおける
「フラツシユ」の組合せが成立する。そこで１〜
４番目のホールドキー５ｅを押して、スペードの
「５」以外のカードにつきホールドすると、ステ
ツプ１０が“YES”となり、RAM１２のエリア
m4にホールド数「４」がセツトされる。引き続
きカード操作キー７を押すと、ステツプ１１が
“NO”、ステツプ１２が“YES”となり、つぎに
カード交換操作に入る。この操作において、例え
ば第１行、第３列目のカードを指定したい場合に
は、前記同様、第１行目を指定するライン指定キ
ー９ａを押し、点灯ランプが第３列目のカード位
置に移つたとき、ライン指定キー９ａの押圧を解
除する。続いてカード操作キー７を押すと、ステ
ツプ１３，１４が“YES”であり、ステツプ１
５において、指定されたカードが表返つて、その
絵柄がカード列中で表示されると共に、第５番目
のカードが消え今指定されたカードの絵柄が同じ
位置に新たに表示される。この交換されたカード
が、例えば第６図３に示す如く、ダイヤ「９」で
あると仮定すると、前記「フラツシユ」の組合せ
が成立し、ステツプ１６，１７の判定が共に
“YES”となり、ステツプ１８において、組合せ
成立を知らせる表示が表示画面２の適所に表示さ
れ、「フラツシユ」に相当する配当率にメダルセ
ツト数を掛けた数が現メダル数に加算され、数字
表示部Ｘの表示が更新される（ステツプ１９）。
もし交換されたカードが、例えば第６図４に示
す如く、クローバの「Jack」であると仮定する
と、組合せ不成立となつて、ステツプ１７が、
“NO”となる。この場合には、ステツプ２０に
おいて、整列表示部Ｙの全てのカードが表返つ
て、その絵柄が表示され、遊戯者は配列カードの
内容を事後確認できる。そしてステツプ２１で、
メダル数からメダルセツト数が減算され、数字表
示部Ｘの表示が同様に更新される。
なお５枚のカードが当初から何等かの組合せを
構成していた場合には、いずれのホールドキーを
も押す必要がなく、直ちにセツトキー８を押す。
これによりステツプ２２が“YES”となり、ス
テツプ２３で組合せが成立した旨表示があり、続
くステツプ２４でメダル数が加算されて、表示が
更新される。
この発明は上記の如く、全てのカードを裏返し
状態で整列表示し、その画像列に対し任意のカー
ドをキー操作により行および列指定し、指定した
カードを表返して表示すると共にそのカードを抽
出してカード絵柄の拡大画像を表示した後、抽出
されたカード絵柄を同様のキー操作により画像列
の任意のカードと交換して表示するようにしたか
ら、カードの選定を遊戯者自身が行うことがで
き、ゲームの興趣を一段と向上し得ると共に、ゲ
ーム機に対する不信感を除去できる等、発明目的
を達成した優れた効果を奏する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 表示画面を、全てのカードを複数行および複
    数列にわたつて表示するためのカード整列表示部
    と、特定枚数のカードを抽出表示するためのカー
    ド抽出表示部とに分けてカードの画像を表示する
    ための表示手段と、 前記表示手段に表示させるカードの表面像およ
    び裏返し画像の各画像パターンが格納されるパタ
    ーン格納手段と、 前記カード整列表示部に整列表示させる各行お
    よび各列に対応する全てのカードの絵柄を特定す
    るデータをゲーム毎に記憶させる記憶手段と、 前記パターン格納手段を読み出して前記表示手
    段のカード整列表示部およびカード抽出表示部に
    対する画像の表示動作を表示制御手段と、 カードゲームを進行させるためにキー操作され
    るキーボードとを備え、 前記キーボードには、前記カード整列表示部に
    整列表示された全てのカードのうち任意のカード
    を行および列をもつて指定するためのキーと、行
    および列指定されたカード整列表示部のカードの
    裏返し画像を絵柄の表画像に変更しかつその表画
    像をカード抽出表示部に抽出することを指令する
    ためのキーと、カード抽出表示部に表示されたカ
    ードを行および列指定されたカード整列表示部の
    カードと交換することを指令するためのキーとが
    設けられており、 前記表示制御手段は、前記カード整列表示部に
    全てのカードの裏返し画像を整列状態で初期表示
    させる手順と、前記キーボードの対応するキーの
    操作に応答して行および列指定された前記カード
    整列表示部のカードの裏返し画像を前記記憶手段
    の記憶データを参照して絵柄の表画像に変更しか
    つその表画像をカード抽出表示部に抽出して拡大
    表示する手順と、前記キーボードの対応するキー
    の操作に応答して行および列指定されたカード整
    列表示部のカードの裏返し画像を前記記憶手段の
    記憶データを参照して絵柄の表画像に変更しかつ
    カード抽出表示部に表示中のカードの表画像を前
    記表画像に切り換えて表示する手順を順次実行す
    ることを特徴とするカードゲーム機。
