筒内に芯保持部材を有するシャ−プペンシルであって、
前記芯保持部材の前方に鍔部を形成し、その鍔部を軸筒
の先端と先部材との間に位置させ、圧接固定することに
より、芯保持部材を固定したシャ−プペンシル。 【効果】 簡単に、正確に芯保持部材を軸筒内に挿入す
ることができると同時に、芯保持部材の脱落をも防止す
ることができる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、軸筒とその軸筒の前端に先部材を取付け、軸筒内に芯保持部材を有 するシャ−プペンシルの芯保持部材の固定方法の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、軸筒内に配置されている芯保持部材の固定方法として、種々の出願がな されている。その一例として実公昭５５−５３４５号公報が知られている。詳述 すると、口金内に保持チャック（芯保持部材）を挿入し、その保持チャックの後 端が位置する口金内壁にメネジを立ててカエリを形成し、そのメネジのカエリに より、前記保持チャックの脱落を防止したものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、口金内の前方に小さい保持チャックを正確に挿入することは困 難であり、しばしば曲がって挿入されてしまう場合があった。また、脱落防止の ためにメネジを形成せねばならず、面倒であり生産性が悪かった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、軸筒とその軸筒の前端に 先部材を取付け、軸筒内に芯保持部材を有するシャ−プペンシルであって、前記 芯保持部材の前方に鍔部を形成し、その鍔部を軸筒の先端と先部材との間に位置 させ、芯保持部材を固定したことを要旨とするものである。

【実施例】
図１に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。軸筒１の内部には鉛芯Ｌを繰り出すチ ャック体２とそのチャック体２の開閉を行なうチャックリング３が配置されてい る。尚、鉛芯Ｌの繰り出し機構としては、後端ノック式、サイドノック式など種 々の機構が考えられる。
【０００６】 前記軸筒１の先端１ａには段部４が形成されている。一方軸筒１の前方に配置 されている弾性変形可能な芯保持部材５の前端には鍔部６が形成されている。こ の鍔部６が前記軸筒１の段部４に圧入されている。また、鍔部６を圧するように 軸筒１の先端には、芯保護管７を有する先部材８が圧入などにより固定されてい る。
【０００７】 図２は他の実施例である。先部材８の後端に複数のピン８ａが形成されている 。そのピン８ａは、芯保持部材５の鍔部６を介して軸筒１の前方から圧入されて いる。つまり、先部材８が鍔部６を固定することによって、芯保持部材５を固定 したものである。
【０００８】 次に組立方法について説明する。軸筒１の前方より芯保持部材５を鍔部６が軸 筒先端１ａに当接するまで挿入する。次いで先部材８を軸筒先端より圧入する。
【０００９】 即ち、要は鍔部６が、軸筒１の先端１ａと先部材８との間で固定されることに より、芯保持部材５が固定される。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、軸筒とその軸筒の前端に先部材を取付け、軸筒内に芯保持部材を有 するシャ−プペンシルであって、前記芯保持部材の前方に鍔部を形成し、その鍔 部を軸筒の先端と先部材との間に位置させ、芯保持部材を固定したので、正確に 芯保持部材を軸筒内に挿入することができると同時に、芯保持部材の脱落をも防 止することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 軸筒とその軸筒の前端に先部材を取付
    け、軸筒内に芯保持部材を有するシャ−プペンシルであ
    って、前記芯保持部材の前方に鍔部を形成し、その鍔部
    を軸筒の先端と先部材との間に位置させ、芯保持部材を
    固定したことを特徴とするシャ−プペンシル。
