Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属製ダイヤフラムの表面に少なくとも３
個の板状圧電素子が接着されており、これら圧電
素子は所定の作用点を中心にした放射状の配列パ
ターンになつており、かつ、各圧電素子は印加電
圧に応じて前記作用点を中心にした放射方向に伸
縮することを特徴とする圧電アクチユエータ。 (2) 前記圧電素子と前記圧電素子との間の前記
放射方向の〓間部分において、前記ダイヤフラム
に前記放射方向のスリツトが形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項１記載の圧電アクチユエータ
。 (3) 前記ダイヤフラムの裏面側に、表面側の前
記圧電素子と同じ圧電素子が同じ位置に接着され
ていることを特徴とする請求項１または２記載の
圧電アクチユエータ。
