であつて電極間の有効対向面積が最大の状態を示
す図、第３図は同平断面図であつて有効対向面積
が最小の状態を示す図であり、第４図は縦断面図
を示す。第５図は電気粘性流体に働く流通抵抗を
流速をパラメータとして示す図であり、電圧によ
る変化分も合せて示している。第６図は流通抵抗
と印加電圧の関係を示す図、第７図は流通抵抗と
電極面積の関係を示し、電圧による変化も合せて
示している。 流路を形成する部材……６ｂ，４ｃ、一対の電
極……２，４、２……固定電極、４……可動電極
。

有し、 該一対の電極は電極間を該電気粘性流体が流通
できる位置にあつて、電極間の有効対向面積が可
変であることを特徴とする電気粘性流体用可変オ
リフイス。
