Claims (1)
- 流体の流れ方向、流量を制御するサーボ弁にお
いて、２個の圧電素子の中間に伝達ピンを配置し
、前記伝達ピンの先端部をスプールに係合させ、
前記２個の圧電素子に対する印加電圧の差により
伝達ピンが傾動し、前記伝達ピンの先端部がスプ
ールを移動させるようにしたことを特徴とするサ
ーボ弁。
