- 印加電圧に応じた電歪縦効果により寸法歪を発
生する圧電セラミツクと、前記圧電セラミツクの
両端に接合され前記圧電セラミツクと同一断面積
の金属材料からなる支持部材と、前記金属材料支
持部材に結合され前記圧電セラミツクの寸法歪を
伝達される機械素子とを有することを特徴とする
圧電アクチユエータ。
