- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 積層される複数枚の誘電体基板の接触面に、複
数の共振線路を並成してなるストリツプ線路パタ
ーンを配設したものにおいて、 前記共振線路の開放端と所定間隔を置いて該間
隔を規定するための小幅状調整導電層を配設し、
該調整導電層を外導体と接続したことを特徴とす
る誘電体フイルタ。
