- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 誘電体基板の両対向面の内、一方の対向面側に
インダクタンス部とキヤパシタンス部とをそれぞ
れ構成する電極部が交互に形成されてなるパター
ン電極が、また、他方の対向面側にアース電極が
それぞれ形成されてなるストリツプラインフイル
タにおいて、 前記誘電体基板は、前記一方の対向面側の断面
が凹凸状に形成されており、その凸部に前記イン
ダクタンス部の電極部が、また、その凹部に前記
キヤパシタンス部の電極部がそれぞれ形成されて
いることを特徴とするストリツプラインフイルタ
。
