- 薄膜トランジスタアレイパネルの外部に直列連
結された薄膜トランジスタQ1,Q2とQ3,Q
4とが互いに並列連結されて構成された静電気防
止用薄膜トランジスタAを、横方向にn個、縦方
向にm個配設するとともに互に連結させて形成さ
れていることを特徴とする平板デイスプレイ用薄
膜トランジスタの静電気防止用保護回路。
