の縦断側面図、第２図は第１図のＡ−Ａ線に沿う
断面図、第３図は同じく一実施例のギヤと中間ク
ラツチ体との対向面に設けられたクラツチの爪形
状を示す展開図、第４図は同じく一実施例の中間
クラツチ体と主軸との対向面に設けられたクラツ
チ爪形状を示す展開図である。 １はハウジング、２は支承軸、２ａは段付部、
３はモータ軸、４はギヤ、４ａはクラツチ、５は
中間クラツチ体、５ａ，５ｂはクラツチ、６は主
軸、６ａはクラツチ、７はドライバビツト、８は
ワツシヤ、９は圧縮バネ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハウジング、このハウジングにその端部が配設
    された支承軸、この支承軸上に設けられ、モータ
    軸からの動力が伝達されるギヤ、このギヤからの
    回転力が伝達自在な中間クラツチ体、主軸、この
    主軸の先端に着脱自在に組込まれたドライバビツ
    トを備え、前記中間クラツチ体、主軸は前記支承
    軸に回転、かつ軸方向に移動可能に配設され、前
    記中間クラツチ体とギヤ、主軸との軸方向の対向
    面には夫々前記主軸の軸方向の移動によつて前記
    ギヤの回転を伝達、遮断するクラツチが設けられ
    ているスクリユドライバにおいて、前記支承軸を
    前記ハウジングにワツシヤを介して固定すると共
    に、前記ギヤを前記支承軸上に回転可能に配設し
    、かつ前記支承軸の所定位置に段付部を設け、こ
    の段付部と前記中間クラツチ体との間に、中間ク
    ラツチ体を前記主軸側に前記支承軸を前記ワツシ
    ヤ側に押圧する圧縮バネを設けて、前記主軸と中
    間クラツチ体との対向面に設けたクラツチは常時
    噛合い、前記中間クラツチ体とギヤとの対向面に
    設けたクラツチは無負荷時の回転時は所定の間隙
    を保持し、負荷時の回転時は噛合うようにしたこ
    とを特徴とするスクリユドライバ。
