荷スリツプクラツチ機構部の縦断面図、 ２はモータ、４は出力軸、６は歯車、６ａはＶ
字溝、１２はキー、１２ｂは山形突起である。

Claims (1)
- 出力軸に過負荷がかかるとクラツチがきれて、
モータの回転力を出力軸に伝達しなくなる携帯用
のスクリユードライバもしくはドリルにおいて、
両端部付近で回転自在に支承された出力軸と、該
出力軸を中心軸として回転自在に支承されかつ端
面にＶ字溝を形成している歯車と、周方向に傾斜
面をもつ山形突起部を端面に形成して前記歯車の
Ｖ字溝と係合しているとともに前記出力軸とは軸
方向に摺動自在でかつ回転のみ係合しているキー
と、該キーを歯車側へ付勢する弾力付与手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする過負荷スリツプクラツチ
機構。
