Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 容器と該容器内に位置する中空糸膜と、該中空
    糸膜の端部を支持し、中空糸膜の中空部に連通す
    る空間と中空糸膜の外表面に連通する空間とを隔
    離する隔壁とを有し、中空糸膜の外表面と容器の
    内壁面とで構成される空間に溶存ガスを含む溶液
    を流すための導入口および導出口又は該空間を減
    圧にするための脱気口と、中空糸膜の中空部に溶
    存ガスを含む溶液を流すための導入口および導出
    口又は該中空部を減圧状態にするための脱気口と
    が設けられてなる溶存ガス除去装置において、該
    中空糸膜が８μｍ以下の膜厚の均質膜Ａおよび補
    強機能を受け持つ多孔質膜Ｂからなる多層複合中
    空糸膜であつて、均質膜Ａと多孔質膜Ｂは交互に
    積層され、該多層複合中空糸膜の内表面および外
    表面は多孔質膜Ｂからなる構造を有し、かつ該均
    質膜Ａが酸素透過速度１．５×１０−６〔cm3（
    ＳＴＰ）／cm2・ｓｅｃ・cmＨｇ〕以上の性能を
    有するものであることを特徴とする溶存ガス除去
    装置。
