    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）酸素選択透過膜の下流側を減圧して前記酸素選択
    透過膜を流過する空気を酸素富化して供給するようにし
    た酸素富化空気供給装置において、前記酸素選択透過膜
    の下流側には、羽根車が回転自在に収納されたケーシン
    グ外面との間に空間を形成して前記ケーシングを外囲す
    るカバ一体が設けられ、前記空間内には粉粒体が充填さ
    れて成る再生ポンプが接続されたことを特徴とする酸素
    富化空気供給装置。
  2. （２）前記酸素選択透過膜は複数段けられ、それらの酸
    素選択透過膜は、内面に吸音材が内張すされたヘッダに
    共通に接続され、そのヘッダには前記再生ポンプが接続
    されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の酸素富化空気供給装置。
