Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内外輪間の転動体転走面の両側に軸受シー
    ルと遮へい板をそれぞれ内側から順に設けた転が
    り軸受の自動調心シール構造において、上記遮い
    板を、内輪に固定する内側遮へい板と外輪に固定
    する外側遮へい板とで形成し、その両遮へい板の
    自由端部に平行に対向する面を設けると共に、そ
    の対向面間にラビリンスすき間を形成したこと特
    徴とする転がり軸受の自動調心シール構造。 (2) 対向面が、軸受中心を中心とする円弧面で
    ある請求項１に記載の転がり軸受の自動調心シー
    ル構造。 (3) 対向面が、軸受中心を中心とする円弧に対
    して接線方向に傾斜する傾斜面である請求項１に
    記載の転がり軸受の自動調心シール構造。 (4) 内外輪間の転動体転走面の両側に、外側面
    が弾性材で成る軸受シールを取付け、その軸受シ
    ールの外側に、内径端が内輪に固定する環状の遮
    へい板を取付けた転がり軸受の自動調心シール構
    造において、上記軸受シールの外側面に、円周上
    に連続して突出するリツプを形成すると共に、上
    記遮へい板の外径端部に、上記リツプの先端が摺
    接する摺接面を形成し、その摺接面軸受の軸線に
    対して上記リツプの突出方向と同一方向に傾斜す
    る平面に形成したことを特徴とする転がり軸受の
    自動調心シール構造。 (5) 摺接面が、軸受中心を中心とする円弧に対
    して接線方向に傾斜する傾斜面である請求項４に
    記載の転がり軸受の自動調心シール構造。
