Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)オイルミスト潤滑で使用される圧延機用軸受にお
    いて、外輪の端部内径に、シールリップを軸受の軸方向
    外方に向けて突出させ、内輪に対して非接触としたオイ
    ルシールを装着し、内輪の端部に、外周部を外輪の端部
    内周に非接触に接近させた密封板を固設して、前記シー
    ルリップを密封板の内側面に摺接させた圧延機用軸受の
    密封装置。
  2. (2)  前記オイルシールを、環状板材からなる芯金
    と、該芯金の軸受内側面及び外周面と内周面とを覆被し
    、芯金の内周部から軸方向外方にシ−ルリップを突出さ
    せた柔軟弾性材料からなるシール体とにより構成し、シ
    ール体を断面7字形に形成して、そのシールリップを外
    径側に向けて斜に突出させてなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲(1)記載の圧延機用軸受の密封装置。
  3. (3)  Q記オイルシールを、外輪の端部内径に周設
    した凹溝に着脱可能に係着するスナップリングを介して
    該外輪に着脱可能に取付けた実用新案登録請求の範囲(
    1)又は(2)記載の圧延機用軸受の密封装置。
  4. (4)  前記オイルシールの内周を、内輪の端部外径
    面に近接させてラビリンスを形成させた実用新案登録請
    求の範囲(1)から(3)まであいずれか1つに記載の
    圧延機用軸受の密封装置。
  5. (5)前記密封板の外周面を、外輪の端部内径面に近接
    させてラビリンスを形成させた実用新案登録請求の範囲
    (1)から(4)までのいずれか1つに記載の圧延機用
    軸受の密封装置。
  6. (6)前記密封板の外周縁を軸受の内側に向けて]字状
    番と屈曲した実用新案登録請求の範囲(5)記載の圧延
    機用軸受の密封装置。      、
