第１図および第２図は、この考案による外輪回転軸受の
グリース密封装置の一実施例を示す断面図で、第１図は
軸受の組立図、第２図は第１図におけるグリース密封装
置の説明用拡大図、第３図はこの考案の別の実施例を示
す第２図相当図である。図中、１は固定軸、２ａ、２ｂ
は内輪、３は外輪、４はころ、５は保持器、６は内輪シ
ールド板、７は外輪シールド板、８は■シールドである
。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）固定軸に嵌合保持された内輪に対して、転動体を
    介して外輪が回転可能とされている外輪回転軸受グリー
    ス密封装置において、前記内輪には、軸方向内方に形成
    された断面がほぼコ字状のグリース保持用ポケット部お
    よび該ポケット部に続いて軸方向外方に形成されたシー
    ル保持部に弾性シール体を有する内輪シールド板を備え
    、また、外輪には前記弾性シール体と摺接し、かつ、前
    記内輪シールド板との間にラビリンスすき間を形成する
    フランジ部を有した外輪シールド板を備えていることを
    特徴とした外輪回転軸受のグリース密封装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、弾性シ
    ール体がＶシールである外輪回転軸受のグリース密封装
    置。
