き穴を設けた要部縦断面図および矢視図、第４図
ａ〜ｄはそれぞれ上記密封装置の凹溝の他の実施
例を示す要部縦断面図、第５図は内輪外周円筒面
のブラケツト嵌め合い径を外周円筒面の径よりも
小さくしうる範囲を示す部分縦断面図、第６図〜
第１０図は、それぞれ本考案の他の実施例を示す
部分縦断面図、第１１図〜第１４図はそれぞれ従
来の技術を示す部分縦断面図である。 １１…内輪、１２…外輪、１３…転動体、１４
…環状シール板、１５…ブラケツト、１１０…凹

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 外周部を外輪に固定し内周部に二又シールリ
    ツプを設けた環状シール板の該二又シールリツプ
    と、内輪軌道の外側の外周円筒面に周設した凹溝
    との間に密封部を形成してなる軸受の密封装置に
    おいて、 (1) 該二又シールリツプは半径方向に開して
    内輪軌道側に向かい適度な角度で傾斜した傾斜面
    を有する内リツプと、略半径方向内方に延びた外
    リツプとで構成され、 (2) 該両リツプは互いに略同一な内径を有し
    て該凹溝の底壁に非接触に近接し、 (3) 該内リツプの先端部はその外周縁部が該
    内輪外周円筒面と同径もしくはわずかに小さな径
    に設定されると共に該凹溝の軌道側側壁に非接触
    に近接し、 (4) 該外リツプの先端部はその外周縁部が該
    内輪外周円筒面と同径もしくはわずかに小さな径
    に設定されると共に該凹溝の反軌道側側壁に微接
    触するかもしくは微少間隙を有して配置されてな
    る軸受の密封装置。 ２ 前記外リツプ先端部の反軌道側に環状の軸方
    向突起部が設けられ、該突起部の外周縁部は前記
    内輪外周円筒面と同径もしくはわずかに小さな径
    に設定されると共に該凹溝の反軌道側側壁に微接
    触するかもしくは微少間隙を有して配置されてな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の軸受の
    密封装置。 ３ 前記凹溝の両側壁のうち少なくとも一方が半
    径方向に関し適度な角度で傾斜してなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の軸受の密封装置。 ４ 前記外リツプの先端部に空気抜き用の穴を設
    けてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    軸受の密封装置。 ５ 前記軸受が内輪をスリーブ一体型に形成した
    アイドラー軸受である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載の軸受の密封装置。
