に段状部を有する凹溝の他の実施例を示す腰部縦
断面図、第4図は内輪外周円筒面のブラケツト嵌
め合い径を外周円筒面の径よりも小さくしうる範
囲を示す部分縦断面図である。また、第5図乃至
第9図は、それぞれこの考案にかかる密封装置の
他の実施例図を示す縦断面図、第10図乃至第1
4図はそれぞれ従来の技術を示す部分縦断面図で

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 外周部を外輪に固定し内周部に二又シールリ
    ツプを設けた環状シール板の該二又シールリツプ
    と、内輪軌道の外側の外周円筒面に周設しした凹
    溝との間に密封部を形成してなる軸受の密封装置
    において、 (1) 前記外周円筒面に周設した凹溝内部に段
    状部を形成し、 (2) 前記二又シールリツプは半径方向に関し
    て内輪軌道側に向かい適度な角度で傾斜した傾斜
    面を有する内リツプと、略半径方向内方に延びた
    外リツプとで構成され、 (3) 前記両リツプは互いに略同一な内径を有
    して、前記凹溝の中に形成された段状部の面及び
    該凹溝の底部に非接触に近接し、 (4) 前記内リツプの先端部はその外周縁部が
    該内輪外周円筒面と同径もしくはわずかに小さな
    径に設定されると共に前記凹溝の軌道側側壁及び
    前記凹溝の中に形成された段状部上面に非接触に
    近接し、 (5) 前記外リツプの先端部はその外周縁部が
    該内輪外周円筒面と同径もしくはわずかに小さな
    径に設定されると共に前記凹溝の反軌道側側壁に
    微接触するか微少間隙を有して配置されてなる軸
    受の密封装置。 2 内部に段状部を形成する凹溝の両側壁のうち
    少なくとも一方が半径方向に関し適度な角度で傾
    斜してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載
    の軸受の密封装置。
