Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負圧を発生するエア源と、 前記負圧によつて搬送物に吸着可能なバキユー
ムカツプと、 前記負圧によつて動作することにより前記搬送
物を把持可能なグリツプアームを有する把持手段
と、 を備え、 前記グリツプアームは、前記バキユームカツプ
が搬送物に吸着して前記把持手段に対する負圧が
増大したときに、その増大した負圧によつて動作
することを特徴とする搬送物保持装置。
