Claims (1)
- 板状部品を真空吸引により保持搬送する装置で
あり、前記装置は平板状のアーム、真空源、アー
ム移動手段を有し、前記平板状アームはその先端
より上向きの開口をもち、前記開口は前記アーム
内に形成された通路を介して前記真空源に接続さ
れ、前記真空源はオン・オフが可能であり、前記
移動手段は前記アームの先端を搬送する部品の重
心が前記アームの面内に存在する位置まで移動さ
せて前記部品を載置して前記アームを移動させる
ように構成した板状部品の真空吸引による保持搬
送装置。
