第１図は本考案の一実施例にかかる光フアイバ
母材成長用反応容器の概略図、第２図は第１図中
一点鎖線で囲まれる範囲の拡大断面図、第３図
は従来のＶＡＤ法に使用する光フアイバ母材成長
用反応容器の概略図である。 図面中、１は内壁、２は外壁、３はガス導入ポ
ート、４は多重管バーナ、５は酸水素炎、６は光
フアイバ母材、７はターゲツト材、８は排気管、
９，９０は反応容器、１０はボルト、１１はナツ
ト、１２はスペーサである。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端で多孔質光フアイバ母材を成長させる
ターゲツト材及び微粒子を生成する多重管バーナ
を収納する反応容器において、前記反応容器の壁
面と外壁と内壁とからなる二重構造とするととも
に該内壁を石英ガラス板、高純度カーボン板或い
は高純度カーボン板の表面にＳｉＣをコーテイン
グしたもので構成し、前記外壁を耐酸性金属材料
で構成したことを特徴とする多孔質光フアイバ母
材成長用反応容器。 (2) 前記外壁と前記内壁の間に不活性ガスを供
給したことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の多孔質
光フアイバ母材成長用反応容器。 (3) 前記外壁としてＮｉもしくはＮｉ基合金よ
りなる耐酸性金属材料を用いることを特徴とする
請求項(1)記載の多孔質光フアイバ母材成長用反
応容器。 (4) 前記内壁を構成する石英ガラス板、高純度
カーボン板或いは多純度カーボン板の表面にＳｉ
Ｃをコーテイングした板は少なくとも縦、横が１
００mm以上、厚さが０．５mm以上であることを特
徴とする請求項(1)記載の多孔質光フアイバ母材
成長用反応容器。 (5) 前記内壁として石英ガラス板、高純度カー
ボン板或いは高純度カーボン板の表面にＳｉＣを
コーテイングしたものを同時に２種以上使用する
ことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の多孔質光フア
イバ母材成長用反応容器。 (6) 前記ＳｉＣは高純度カーボン板の表面に少
なくとも５μｍ以上の厚さにコーデイングされる
ことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の多孔質光フア
イバ母材成長用反応容器。 (7) 前記内壁は石英ガラス、高純度カーボン或
いは高純度カーボン材料の表面にＳｉＣをコーテ
イングしたものよりなる支持具にて前記外壁に固
定されることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の多孔
質光フアイバ母材成長用反応容器。
