例におけるＥＳＲ−周波数特性を示す図、第４図
は１ＧＨｚにおけるＥＳＲ値と厚みａとの関係を
示す図、第５図は第１図実施例の変形例を示す断
面図、第６図は本考案の他の実施例の積層コンデ
ンサの断面図である。 図において、１は積層コンデンサ、２は焼結体
、２ａ，２ｂは第１、第２の側面、３，４は第１
、第２の内部電極群、３ａ〜３ｃ，４ａ〜４ｃは
内部電極、５は厚みａのセラミツク層、６ａ，６
ｂは外部電極を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 誘電体セラミツクスよりなる焼結体と、 前記焼結体内においてセラミツク層を介して重
    なり合うように配置されており、かつ交互に焼結
    体の第１、第２の側面に引出された複数の内部電
    極よりなる第１、第２の内部電極群と、 前記焼結体の第１、第２の側面に形成された一
    対の外部電極とを備え、 前記第２の内部電極群が、第１の内部電極群と
    、第１、第２の内部電極群内の内部電極間のセラ
    ミツク層の厚みをｂとした場合に、ａ≧２ｂを満
    たす厚みａのセラミツク層を介して配置されてい
    る、積層コンデンサ。
