反転装置と箱の寸法関係を示す平面図、第４図は
従来技術に係る箱の反転装置、第５図は横型カー
トナーの箱の組立て工程を表わす説明図を示す。 １……集積コンベア、２……供給コンベア、３
……箱、４……搬送路、７……滑走路、９……移
送コンベア、１０……搬送板、１１……横転手段
、１２……傾斜板、１３……軌道修正板。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中央を滑走路とし、箱の搬送姿勢を案内す
    るガイドを有する搬走路と、この搬送路の上部に
    並行に設けられ、一定間隔毎に垂設した搬送板を
    無端コンベアに連結し、該搬送板を搬送路上の箱
    の後面に当接させて搬送させる移送コンベアと、
    前記搬送路上の一側部に並行に設けられ、搬送中
    の箱を片持状態で滑り上らせる上り勾配の傾斜板
    と、該搬送路を挾んで前記傾斜板と対峙して設け
    られ、相対峙する入口寸法Ａが２ａ＞Ａ＞ｂ（ａ
    ＝箱の一辺の長さ、ｂ＝箱の対角寸法）で、かつ
    出口寸法ＢがＢａである軌道修正板を立設した
    ことを特徴とする搬送中の箱の反転装置。 (2) 搬送路上に前記対峙して設けた傾斜板と軌
    道修正板を１組として複数組直列に配設したこと
    を特徴とする搬送中の箱の反転装置。
