５枚のウエハをお互いに隙間をおいて格納するウ
エハ格納溝において、ウエハキヤリアを水平に置
いた状態では格納したウエハが水平に保持されな
がら、ウエハキヤリアを寝かした状態でもウエハ
上部がウエハ格納溝と面接触とならないウエハ格
納溝形状を特徴とするウエハキヤリア。
