- 複数のウエーハを収納する第１および第２の収
納部間に前記ウエーハを受部上に載置した状態で
移送部により移送するウエーハ移送装置において
、前記受部にテーパ状受面を設け、前記テーパ状
受面にウエーハの周端を載置するようにしたこと
を特徴とするウエーハ移送装置におけるウエーハ
受部構造。
