Claims (1)
- 略長方形の四辺にそれぞれ等間隔にリード脚を
設けたフラツトパツケージＩＣを、半田槽におけ
る基板の進行方向と略４５゜傾けて取付ける様に
した配線パターンを設けると共に、上記フラツト
パツケージＩＣの角部に対応して追加パターンを
設けたことを特徴とするフラツトパツケージＩＣ
の取付基板。
