Claims (1)
- 電子部品に接続する配線パターンを有する２つ
の基板と、これら両基板間に介装された放熱板と
を備えたプリント配線板において、前記基板の一
部であつて前記配線パターンを除く部位に、貫通
窓を設けることにより前記放熱板の一部を外部に
露呈させたことを特徴とするプリント配線板。
