Traditionally, vehicle maintenance work involves mounting one vehicle on a fixed lift, and having one worker perform disassembly and maintenance work such as cleaning the underside of the vehicle, disassembly, refueling, adjustment, and assembly, as well as the engine. System maintenance work was being carried out in the same workshop.

問題が提起されている。 However, with this vehicle maintenance equipment, the cleaning work creates a humid work environment, which makes the work environment extremely deteriorating and unhealthy. In addition, a series of maintenance work is performed by one person, so it is difficult to improve work efficiency. I couldn't measure it. Moreover, when multiple vehicle maintenance devices are installed, a set of maintenance supplies necessary for maintenance work must be provided in each work room, which increases equipment costs and
Since the work room is monopolized by one vehicle, many problems have been raised, such as the inability to utilize the equipment effectively.

Many vehicle maintenance devices have been proposed that can streamline work by rationally arranging vehicles.

The lateral movement type vehicle maintenance equipment has a car wash room where the undercarriage of unmaintained vehicles is washed, a left maintenance room and a right maintenance room located on the left and right sides of the car wash room where underbody system maintenance and engine system maintenance are performed, and a car wash room. A support rail installed in a vehicle maintenance area divided into a vehicle maintenance room, a left maintenance room, and a right maintenance room,
It consists of two lifting lifts movably attached to this support rail.

For example, a team of four maintenance workers is assigned to one block consisting of the right maintenance room, one person is assigned to car wash work, two people are assigned to underbody work, and one person is assigned to engine maintenance work, so that each work progresses at the same rate. We are trying to adjust our time and personnel accordingly. By adopting this system,
Vehicle maintenance work can be carried out extremely smoothly, and the work environment can be improved by arranging a separate car wash room.

In particular, the summer months are hot and humid, and the winter months are foggy due to hot water, causing problems such as poor visibility and a significant drop in work efficiency. Additionally, the humid environment in the workplace makes it easier for undercarriage and engine maintenance equipment to rust.

This idea involves arranging a car wash space adjacent to a work space for disassembling and servicing the undercarriage of unmaintained vehicles and servicing the engine system, and circulating a lift to each space to freely raise and lower the vehicle using support rails. By cutting the support rail at the boundary between the work space and the car wash space and providing a movable partition that can be opened and closed to partition the car wash space and the work space, the movable partition can be closed and the car washed during car wash work. This prevents moisture from entering the space and allows vehicles to be transported in the order of maintenance work steps while circulating the lift.

According to this idea, the car wash space is connected to the work space adjacent to it in order to prevent pressure-injected water from scattering from the car wash space, and to prevent water vapor and fine water generated in the car wash space from flowing into the adjacent car wash space. By separating the spaces with movable partitions, the working environment can be extremely improved.

いる。 In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a work space, which is subdivided into a first maintenance room 2 and a second maintenance room 3. The first maintenance room 2 is a place where unmaintained vehicles are brought in and the undercarriage system of the vehicle is disassembled and maintained.
It is equipped with a main control device that incorporates a control panel for remotely controlling peripheral devices, and a workbench that can efficiently perform tasks such as disassembling and reassembling disassembled parts and cleaning oil. The second maintenance room 3 is a place where the engine systems of vehicles whose underbody maintenance has been completed in the first maintenance room 2 are maintained, and this second maintenance room 3 incorporates various equipment and measuring instruments for engine adjustment. A tuning stand and a workbench are provided for efficiently performing assembly work of disassembled parts, oil cleaning work, etc.
4 is the left side of work space 1, that is, the first maintenance room 2
A car wash space is located adjacent to a car wash room, and in the illustrated example, it is configured as an airtight car wash room equipped with a ventilation system. This car wash room 4 is a place where the undercarriage of a vehicle from which undercarriage parts have been removed in the first maintenance room 2 is washed. A pair of corrugated boards 6 each having a flow groove formed therein are disposed facing each other so that the center portion thereof is lower, and a drainage groove 7 for discharging wastewater flowing through the corrugated boards 6, 6 is provided in the center portion. A metal grating 8 is provided above the corrugated boards 6, 6, and a pair of guide rails 9 are laid on the grating 8, so that an automatic washing machine 10 is movably provided.

2 can be moved laterally and moved up and down freely by a control panel built into the main control device installed in the first maintenance room 2, and can also be used to place other vehicles above the vehicle placed on the floor. It can be suspended at a height that allows it to be loaded and passed through. This lift 12 has a pair of axles 12b, 12b, 12b', and 12b' attached to the front and rear of the truck 12a, respectively, so that the lift 12 can smoothly transfer onto the separated support rails 11a and 11b. The distance between the axles or the distance between the axles 12b' and 12b' is set to be larger than the gap between the cuts between the support rails 11a and 11b.

A movable partition is provided between the support rails 11a and 11b so that it can be opened and closed. Movable partitions include overhead doors, overdoors, roll-up shutters, sliding doors, etc. In this embodiment, an electric overhead door 15 that can be raised and lowered is used, and the guide 16 of the overhead door 15 is connected to the work space 1. It was placed on the ceiling. A monitoring window is provided in the overhead door 15 so that the inside of the car wash room 4 can be seen from the first maintenance room 2.
