【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は自動車車体検査整備設備の改良に関す

従来、自動車の車体検査はリフトにより持ち上
げられた車体の底部を洗浄、乾燥したのち点検、
調整、修理等の検査整備を行い、次いで、リフト
から降すという一連の工程を一個所において行う
のを普通とするため、作業効率や設備稼動率が極
めて低いという難点がある。そこで、リフトある
いはハンガーに車体を支持させてレール上を移動
させて車体の検査や整備を行うようにした自動車
車体検査整備設備を本考案者は先に提案したが、
設置場所が変形した地形や面積が小さい場合には
設置が不可能であつたり、ラインが一列に配置さ
れるために後の作業が若干早く終つた場合に設備

なお、前記レール切換装置2は上方に設けられた
保持部材6、6に両側を摺動案内される切換板8
の下面に案内レール1と各案内レール3とを各別
に接続させる案内レール3と同数の接続レール7
を設けたものであつて、該レール切換装置2は切
換板8を摺動させていずれかの接続レール7を案
内レール3のいずれかに接続することにより案内
レール1といずれかの案内レール3とを接続させ
るようになつている。9は案内レール1の一部が
臨む位置において整備場に設けられる洗浄、乾燥
ゾーンで、該洗浄、乾燥ゾーン9には車体の底部
を洗浄後乾燥する洗車装置10が設置され、該洗
車装置10には水洗式の車底洗浄口11と熱風ま
たは冷風を噴出する送風口12が設けられてい
る。13は各案内レール3が臨む位置において整
備場の奥部に複数個所配設される点検、調整等の
検査、整備ゾーンであつて、該各検査、整備ゾー
ン13には1人乃至数人の点検、調整等の作業員
を配置して制動装置、懸架装置、伝達装置並びに
エンジン部の点検、調整等の検査、整備を行う場
所である。なお、図中14は洗浄、乾燥ゾーンの

る自動車車体イをこの車輛持ち上げ機4に懸架さ
せたうえ自動車車体イより車輪を取り外し、次い
で、車輛持ち上げ機4を案内レール1に沿つて前
進させて車底を洗車装置10の上方に位置させて
車底洗浄口ハより噴出させた洗浄水をもつて洗浄
し、洗浄後は送風口12より熱風または冷風を噴
出させると同時に車輛持ち上げ機4を後退させて
車底を乾燥してゆくもので、車底の乾燥後に車輛
持ち上げ機4を該案内レール1、接続レール7、
案内レール3に沿つて走行させて空の検査、整備
ゾーン13において停止させ、この検査、整備ゾ
ーン13において制動装置、懸架装置、伝達装置
並びにエンジン部の点検、調整などの検査、整備
を行えばよい。しかして、1個所の検査、整備ゾ
ーン13において検査、整備を行つている間にお
いて、他の自動車車体の検査を行う場合には、レ
ール切換装置2を操作して空の検査、整備ゾーン
13に一部が臨でいる案内レール3と案内レール
1とを接続レール7をもつて接続させ、この案内
レール3に設けられた車輛持ち上げ機4を該案内
レール3、接続レール7を経て案内レール1に移
行させ、前記同様車輛持ち上げ機4を洗浄、乾燥
ゾーン9に送り込んで洗浄、乾燥を行つたうえ再
び空の検査、整備ゾーン13に自動車車体イを送
り込んで点検、調整等の検査、整備作業を行えば
よく、各検査、整備ゾーン13における作業が終
了したら前記とは逆の操作で車輛持ち上げ機4を
順次レール切換装置2の切換によつて検査、整備
ゾーン13に臨んだ案内レール3から案内レール
1に移行させ、車輪を取付けたうえ車輛持ち上げ
機4より外して要整備車体は整備場に、整備不要
車体は完成車置場に送り出せばよい。なお、前記
説明で洗浄、乾燥ゾーン9側の案内レール1で車
輪の取外しを行つているが、検査、整備ゾーン1
3側の案内レール3で行うようにすれば、車輪取
外し後に自動車車体イを一旦洗浄、乾燥ゾーン9
へ送り込み、洗浄、乾燥を行つた後再び検査、整
備ゾーン13に送り込んで点検、調整等の検査、
整備を行い、検査、整備終了後に該検査、整備ゾ
ーン13において車輪を取付けて送り出せばよ
く、いずれにしても作業時間が短いが設備費の高
い洗浄、乾燥装置を1個所の洗浄、乾燥ゾーン9
に設置し、これを有効に利用して複数個所の検
査、整備ゾーン13において検査、整備を行うも

あり、また、作業が早く終了した場合にも車体を
直ちにライン外へ外すことができるから、作業員
や設備を遊ばせることがないものであり、さらに
複数個所の検査、整備ゾーンを配設したにも拘ら
ず処理時間が短かく高価な洗車装置は1個所の洗
浄、乾燥ゾーンにのみ設けて洗車装置の稼動率を
高めたから、設備費の低減に役立つという利点も
あり、在来の自動車車体検査整備設備の難点を解
消したものとして実用的価値極めて大なものであ
